Personal training is suitable for people who are complete beginners in training and want to get support at the beginning of their training and for people who have been practicing for a longer time but feel that they need new tips, exercises or instructions on how different exercises should be performed. Personal Training is designed solely according to your own goals.

The personal training sessions are performed at Powerzone Fitness in Pörtom so a membership is required.
