Workout and diet plans
If you feel that you can handle all exercises in your training and feel confident to practice on your own, but feel that you have a hard time to program your training or diet effectively, a training or diet plan is the right solution for you.
With a training or diet plan I offer you:
-A customised food schedule based on your goals. These goals can include weight loss, weight gain, better eating habbits etc. All food is calculated in grams in the food schedule that I offer you and the calculations are based on your needs, your body and how active you are in your everyday life. I offer different types of raw material options to each meal, which allows you to vary your meals according to your own appetite.
A customised training schedule based on your goals and conditions. In the training program I create workouts that will help you achieve your goals through such training that you think is fun and want to keep up with. The program will also be balanced based on how often you want to train per week and in what environment (gym, outdoor, living room etc.) you want to train in.
These transformation plans are for you who are ready to get going for real. With the help of my expertise you will be able to transforme yourself into the person that you want to be. If that is getting lean, bulkier or just healthier doesn’t matter. The transformation plans include a workout plan and a meal plan that I will develope according to your needs and desires. If needed we will talk ones every week to make sure everything is going according to plan. You will also be able to reach me 24/7 with questions that are relevant to your journey!
The training and the diet plan includes:
1. Adjustments and changes to your schedule as necessary throughout the connecting time so that your training or diet should be as optimal for your particular goals and results as you strive.
2. Follow-up once a week by email or phone where we discuss how the plan progresses to make adjustments.
3. Free contact with me throughout the period by email, phone or Facebook. I am on hand throughout the period to answer questions, give tips and offer an extra push forward if motivation sinas. Answers are always received within 24h.
How does this work in practice?
- You get in touch with me by tapping “make contact!” or directly via my e-mail email@example.com
- You will receive an email with a questionnaire that you fill in that will help me build up your schedule. In the service “nutrition advice” you can fill in a diet diary for one week for me to be able to analyze your diet. When the questionnaire is completed, send it back to me.
- An invoice is sent back for you and when it is paid, I start with the arrangement of the ordered schedule.
- When the schedule is complete, which can take up to a week, it is sent back for you and your training or diet period begins.
- During this time we will decide once a week a time when we reconnect by email or phone to let you tell me how everything is going and for me to make adjustments if necessary.
- During the entire period it is free to contact me!
